Ordering

Ordering from Marriage, Carriage and More!® is simple and convenient. Take your time browsing through the site's many offerings.  After each product you select, click on the "basket" icon to place the product in your Shopping Basket. Repeat this step for all the products you wish to purchase. When you are ready to complete your order, click on "Checkout". You will then have shipping and tax options to add to your order, and finally, you will enter your billing and addresses, and payment information to submit your order.  Please note:  Once order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment by Credit Card

Marriage, Carriage and More!®  accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  Please note:  When the checkout/customer details section asks for your "personal information", please enter your full name and BILLING address.  The name and address you enter must match the information you have on file with your credit card provider, or the order will not be authorized.  You will also need to know the card verification code to complete your order-this number is the last three digits found on the back of the card for Visa and Mastercard, and the last four on the front of American Express cards.  These extra steps are necessary to provide additional security to the cardholder and to Marriage, Carriage and More!®  to further protect against possible credit card fraud. 
Please note:  Marriage, Carriage and More!®  reserves the right to decline accepting credit cards from certain countries.  In most cases, for orders outside of the contiguous United States and Canada, we will accept a POSTAL MONEY ORDER only, in U.S. Funds drawn from a U.S. bank branch.

Payment by Postal Money Order

Please note:  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY BY POSTAL MONEY ORDER (can be obtained through your local post office), please email your request to: orders@marriagecarriageandmore.com, and we will contact you with information on the process. Please note:  We only accept POSTAL MONEY ORDERS in U.S. Funds drawn from a U.S. bank branch. Money orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal checks are NOT accepted.

Shipping & Handling

We gladly ship all in-stock products weekly.  As some of our products are specialty gifts or custom orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping and handling.  At the check out, for USA orders, you will be able to choose which way you would prefer your package to be shipped.  We always try to ship using the fastest ground service offered, so at times you might select 'Fedex Ground', but we may ship USPS Priority Mail if we feel your package will arrive to you sooner (to your benefit).   Our shipping fee includes SHIPPING AND HANDLING charges.  For RUSH shipping , international shipping or special shipping requests, please email us:  orders@marriagecarriageandmore.com or call 708-807-8177 so we can discuss the best options available for your needs.

PLEASE NOTE:  FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, our website is set up to calculate certain shipping costs internationally to most countries (some countries are excluded).  If this does not work for you, please email your order request, including the shipping address, to:  orders@marriagecarriageandmore.com and we will follow up with you with a shipping/handling quote and take care of you personally through the international ordering process.

Order Tracking

When you place an order at Marriage, Carriage and More!® you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have any questions about your order, please email us: orders@marriagecarriageandmore.com

Sales Tax
Marriage, Carriage and More!® is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Wisconsin.  The tax rate is currently 5%.  For orders shipping outside of Wisconsin, please choose the "Rest of World" tax option at checkout, so no tax will be charged to your order.  

Back Orders & Out of Stock Products

If you order a product that is on BACKORDER or becomes out of stock, you will receive an email or phone call to let you know right away, and you will have the option to wait for the expected in-stock date, or cancel the order if the product becomes unavailable. 

Return policy and guarantee

We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. To return or exchange a product, you will need a pre-approved return authorization number.  If we accept your request to return the merchandise, it MUST be in original packaging and in MINT CONDITION in order for us to consider taking the return.  Please initiate your request for any returns within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.  We are unable to accept any requests for returns after that period.   Email:  orders@marriagecarriageandmore.com with a copy of your order.  We regret we are unable to refund any freight charges.  

Please note:  NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM, SPECIAL OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS.

Product Submissions

If you have a product you would like Marriage, Carriage and More!® to consider offering,  please email your product description along with a photograph of the product in JPEG format to:  products@marriagecarriageandmore.com. We will contact you once your product has been reviewed.
